Objectives and Contents |
Objectives of the Course Unit |
The scope of this course examines the concept of constitution, the types of constitution and movements of constitutionalizm, the processes of establishment and amendment of constitutions, the political power, the state and the forms of state. Subsequently addressed and discussed are the the normative characteristics of the legal order, the models of auditing the compliance of acts, laws and codes to the constitution, the political systems and democracy, the principle of separation of powers, the government systems and the fundamental rights and freedoms. |

are as follows: The subject of Constitutional Law, the concept of constitution, types of
constitutions, basic principles of the Republic of Turkey, fundamental rights and freedoms,
