Objectives and Contents
Objectives of the Course Unit To inform the graduates who will work with the lawyer and notary public about the legal legislation of the lawyer and notary profession.
Contents of the Course Unit The sources of the law of law, the nature of the law profession, the rights and obligations of the lawyer, the sanctions of non-obligation, the bar associations and their applications Notary and Notary Concepts; Notary Law in Our Legal System; Establishment of Notary Publics, Introduction to Profession and Termination; Rights and Obligations of Notary Publics, Income and Expenses; Notary Organizations and Their Operation; Notary Operations; Responsibility and Control of Notary Publics; Notary Legislation; Transaction Formulas
Contribution of the Course Intending to Provide the Professional Education Have knowledge about the sources of lawyer law, the nature of the law profession, the rights and obligations of the lawyer.
