Definition of Protocol, Importance and history of the protocol, Protocol Rules in Official Ceremonies, Definition, importance and application areas of courtesy and etiquette, meeting and introduction rules, greetings, etiquette on the phone, correspondence and business card rules, place of invitations in social and business life, table rules, It includes receiving and sending gifts-flowers, etiquette in theater and concert hall, appropriate clothing for the time and place, etiquette to be followed in professional and office life. |
