Objectives and Contents
Objectives of the Course Unit Graduates of the High School of Justice especially work in the courthouse and the pen (editorial) services of the judiciary. To introduce the courthouse organization where they will work, to introduce the duties of the staff of the staff such as the chief of staff, the chief clerk, the clerk, to introduce the notification system, the importance of the notification, the irregularity of the notification, the conditions of the valid notification. Contents of the Course Unit The content of the course consists of two main parts. The first is the Pen Legislation and the other is the Notification Law. In the course, these two areas will be explained in a complementary way, and students will have the command of the law of notification, one of the most important activities and duties and responsibilities of the pen and staff.
Contribution of the Course Intending to Provide the Professional Education Learning Outcomes of the Course Students who successfully complete this course will have the following knowledge, skills and competencies: - To recognize the Turkish judicial organization, - To define the Constitution, Judicial and Administrative judicial bodies, - To recognize the Courts of First Instance, - To recognize the Regional Administrative and Regional Courts of Justice, - Supreme Court, Council of State, Court of Accounts, To recognize the Court of Conflict, - To recognize the concept of pen (editorial) and its officers, - What is the notification, what is the purpose of the notification? To be able to answer the question, -To identify the elements of the current notification, -To identify the elements of the inappropriate notification, -To learn the consequences and legal remedies of the invalid notification.

ETIS : İstanbul Aydın University Education & Training System Cyprus Science University ECTS Information Package ECTS Information Package European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) which was introduced by the European Council in 1989, within the framework of Erasmus, now part of the Life Long Learning Programme, is a student-centered credit system based on the student workload required to achieve the objectives of a programme specified in terms of learning outcomes and competences to be acquired. The implementation of ECTS has, since its introduction, has been found wide acceptance in the higher education systems across the European Countries and become a credit system and an indispensable tool supporting major aims of the Bologna Process and, thus, of European Higher Education Area as it makes teaching and learning in higher education more transparent across Europe and facilitates the recognition of all studies. The system allows for the transfer of learning experiences between different institutions, greater student mobility and more flexible routes to gain degrees. It also offers a systematic approach to curriculum design as well as quality assessment and improvement and, thus, quality assurance.
