Objectives and Contents |
Objectives of the Course Unit |
The aim of this course is to provide an understanding of the basic concepts and principles of criminal law, to demarcate the criminal law within the scope of fundamental rights and freedoms, to explain the material and moral elements of crime by explaining the crime theory in general. Within the scope of the course, what are the crimes and sanctions in Turkish Criminal Law and the types of crimes that occur depending on the characteristics of the movement will be discussed. |
Contents of the Course Unit |
It will be a matter of revealing the criminal law, its function, characteristic, basic concepts, historical development, sources, general concepts and elements related to crime. Within the scope of the course, it is also aimed to concretize what the criminal sanctions are in Turkish Criminal Law and the concepts of unlawfulness, caste, negligence, possible caste, conscious taxonomy, affiliate and undertaking with the facts. However, issues such as jurisprudence produced by judicial organs, the problems of the constitution and the effectiveness of international control are described in crimes against individuals. |
