Objectives and Contents
Objectives of the Course Unit The objective of this course International Private Law II is to inform the student about the two sub-disciplines of this main discipline: Conflict of Laws and International Procedural Law as well as to demonstrate to the students the laws to be applied in disputes including foreignness element and to determine the authorized court and to conduct practical studies which will contribute to the theoretical information related to these cases.
Contents of the Course Unit International Private Law II course includes two main law disciplines. These are conflict of laws and international procedural law. When conflict of law is in question, the issues to be dealt with are the tie down point, tie down issue and concrete tie down rules enforced by MÖHUK concerning the issues that contain foreignness element. And when international authority is in question, the issues to be dealt with are; international court of competent jurisdiction, authority contracts, foreign court, recognizing the decisions of the judge, enforcement and relevant international conventions.
Contribution of the Course Intending to Provide the Professional Education Conflict of laws, and a number of issues of international law and international agreements within the scope of procedural law teaching to provide to students that, the ability to think in international nature.

AKTS, aynı zamanda, yükseköğretim kurumlarına, öğretim programları ve ders içeriklerinin iş yüküne bağlı olarak kolay anlaşılabilir bir yapıda tasarlanması, uygulanması, gözden geçirilmesi, iyileştirilmesi ve bu sayede yükseköğretim programlarının kalitesinin geliştirilmesine ve kalite güvencesine önemli katkı sağlayan bir sistematik yaklaşım sunmaktadır. The implementation of ECTS has, since its introduction, has been found wide acceptance in the higher education systems across the European Countries and become a credit system and an indispensable tool supporting major aims of the Bologna Process and, thus, of European Higher Education Area as it makes teaching and learning in higher education more transparent across Europe and facilitates the recognition of all studies. The system allows for the transfer of learning experiences between different institutions, greater student mobility and more flexible routes to gain degrees. It also offers a systematic approach to curriculum design as well as quality assessment and improvement and, thus, quality assurance.
