Objectives and Contents |
Objectives of the Course Unit |
The aim of the Criminal Private Law I course is to transfer the basic theories and information regarding the special provisions of the Turkish Criminal Code to the students, and after giving important information about the crime types, detailed explanation and practical studies about some crime types, which are frequently encountered in practice.
In addition, the act, the perpetrator, the victim, the causal link, the protected legal value, the caste, the negligence and the special appearance of the crime are the evaluation of the institutions in terms of each crime type.

A detailed examination of the crimes in the curriculum is the main subject of the course. In this context, crimes against people, life, body integrity, sexual immunity, crimes against freedom, crimes against honor and crimes against property.
