Aim
1To train qualified personnel who have vocational training in enterprises operating in the tourism sector,
2To continuously examine the innovations and developments in the tourism sector, to convey the developments in this field to the students,
3Being a school preferred by the sector with its trained workforce able to respond to the needs of the sector with the quality of education it gives in its field,
4To train qualified personnel who have the ability to use professional knowledge and skills in business life, have analytical thinking and problem solving ability, possess ethical values ​​of their profession as well as social and environmental values.
Objectives
1 To increase the quality of the tourism sector and product by increasing the skills and competences of the students who will work in the service sector in the future with current knowledge.
2 To educate the students who follow the sectoral developments in the world and in Turkey, who are aware of technological innovations, applications and which are used in the field.
3Through on-the-spot practices, meetings, conferences and seminars, students will have a strong communication link with the sector and thus develop themselves in line with their needs.
4To explain the legal and ethical values ​​of tourism as well as the transfer of professional knowledge and skills to the students. At the same time to understand the sustainable tourism consciousness by conveying the importance of the cultural, natural and social environment.

ETIS : İstanbul Aydın University Education & Training System Cyprus Science University ECTS Information Package ECTS Information Package European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) which was introduced by the European Council in 1989, within the framework of Erasmus, now part of the Life Long Learning Programme, is a student-centered credit system based on the student workload required to achieve the objectives of a programme specified in terms of learning outcomes and competences to be acquired. The implementation of ECTS has, since its introduction, has been found wide acceptance in the higher education systems across the European Countries and become a credit system and an indispensable tool supporting major aims of the Bologna Process and, thus, of European Higher Education Area as it makes teaching and learning in higher education more transparent across Europe and facilitates the recognition of all studies. The system allows for the transfer of learning experiences between different institutions, greater student mobility and more flexible routes to gain degrees. It also offers a systematic approach to curriculum design as well as quality assessment and improvement and, thus, quality assurance.
