Özellikle, öğrenciler ulusal, bölgesel ve küresel ölçekteki iktisadî problemler hakkında kalitatif ve kantitatif verileri araştırmayı, bir araya getirmeyi ve bunun üzerinden bakış açıları geliştirmeyi öğreneceklerdir. Sonrasında, öğrencilerden seçtikleri bir konuda kısa bir seminer metni hazırlayıp sunmaları ve araştırma sonuçlarını sınıfla birlikte tartışmaları beklenmektedir.The aim of this course is to teach students to examine the current issues of the economy by considering and applying basic micro and macro concepts. In particular, students will learn to search for, gather and develop perspectives on qualitative and quantitative data on economic problems on a national, regional and global scale. Afterwards, students are expected to prepare and present a short seminar text on a chosen topic and discuss their research results with the class.

Kentlerin uzun süre kullanımı sonucunda oluşan çok katmanlı yapıları, şehirlerin geçmiş hayatı arkeolojik belgenin bir parçasıdır. Bu ders, arkeolojik kazı ve belgeleme metotlarını ele alarak çoğunlukla yeni yapılanma süreçleri içerisinde tamamlanması gereken projelerin yönetimi, alandan elde edilen buluntuların değerlendirme metotlarının yanı sıra farklı yaklaşımlar ve analitik yorumlama tekniklerine odaklanmaktadır.Although it is not noticed by many people, there are archaeological sites under the feet of people living in historical cities. The multi-layered structures formed as a result of the long-term use of the cities and the past life of the cities are part of the archaeological document. This course focuses on different approaches and analytical interpretation techniques as well as the management of projects that need to be completed in the new construction processes, evaluation methods of the finds obtained from the area, by dealing with archaeological excavation and documentation methods.

The implementation of ECTS has, since its introduction, has been found wide acceptance in the higher education systems across the European Countries and become a credit system and an indispensable tool supporting major aims of the Bologna Process and, thus, of European Higher Education Area as it makes teaching and learning in higher education more transparent across Europe and facilitates the recognition of all studies. The system allows for the transfer of learning experiences between different institutions, greater student mobility and more flexible routes to gain degrees. It also offers a systematic approach to curriculum design as well as quality assessment and improvement and, thus, quality assurance.
