Objectives of the Course Unit | The aim of this course is to convey the correct and effective use of communication methods by emphasizing the importance of developing harmonious relationships and interacting with people around them by getting to know themselves. In addition, it is aimed to gain competencies in verbal, written and non-verbal communication and to introduce basic information about communication studies. |
Contents of the Course Unit | This course includes information about cabin crew's relationship with passengers, behavior, body language and communication. |
