Objectives and Contents
Objectives of the Course Unit To give students basic theoretical and practical information about massage techniques, to learn the basic concepts in terms of evaluation and application in different situations where massage is used, to improve the ability to apply
Contents of the Course Unit Mechanical, physiological, psychological and reflex effects of classical massage techniques, practical application, sports massage and mechanical massage methods, indications and contraindications of these methods.
