Objectives and Contents |
Objectives of the Course Unit |
The aim of the course is to provide students with knowledge about constitutional law and related powers, forms of governments, government systems, democracy, elections, fundamental rights and freedoms and constitutional jurisdiction. |
Contents of the Course Unit |
In the content of this course, constitutional order, seperation of Powers, different government systems, conceptual analysis of the constitution, the resolutions of the parliament, laws, parliamentary resolutions, decree laws, regulations, regulations, theocratic and democratic sovereignty, state forms according to the structure and way of use of the sovereignty, election systems, parliamentary regime features, presidential and semi-presidential systems are examined. In addition to the doctrinal approach to the subjects, the courses are also supported by the analysis of the sample cases at the Constitutional Court. |
Contribution of the Course Intending to Provide the Professional Education |
At the end of the course, it is aimed to provide the students to have the following knowledge:
1-The general theories of the Constitutional Law.
2-Institutionalisation of the government: State
3-Formal Foundation Structures of the States: Constitutions
4-The Fundamental institutions of Constitutional Law.
