Objectives of the Course Unit	Understanding the fundamental characteristics of signals and systems.
Contents of the Course Unit	Familiarization with time and frequency domain representations of linear systems and understanding the inter-relationships between the two domains. Understanding how linear systems affect the signals they operate on. Development of the mathematical skills to analyze signals and systems using transform techniques.
Contribution of the Course Intending to Provide the Professional Education	Signals & Systems is the basic course which opens teh way for other technical courses such as communications systems, digital signal processing, image procesing, staelliet communicatiions etc.
