Objectives of the Course Unit The course aims to develop in students an understanding of the project management. It builds on the introduction to Initiating projects with clearly identified scope, requirements, and stakeholders. The course has developing plans to implement quality and resource management processes.
Contents of the Course Unit Critically evaluate concepts employed in contemporary project management at strategic, systems, and operational levels. Critically discuss the knowledge and skills required for successful project management in organizations.
