Contents of the Course Unit The content of this course is covers to Scope and Basic Concepts, Developments in the Organization and Management Thought, Systems and Contingency Approach; Informantion Management and Importance of Decision Making in Management, Communication, Goal Setting and Planning, Organisation structure and decision making process
