Objectives and Contents
Objectives of the Course Unit This course covers the growth and progress of the tourism and hospitality industry. Topics include tourism, lodging, resorts, gaming, restaurants, food service and clubs. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the background, context, and career opportunities that exist within the hospitality industry.
Contents of the Course Unit To comprehend and explain the development and characteristics of the tourism and accommodation industry, and the classification of hotel businesses in different aspects. From hotel management and management functions; To comprehend and explain job and job descriptions and hotel business organization, organizational function model.
