The investigation, interim procedure and prosecution stages and basic principles pertaining to these stages are explained in terms of functioning of criminal procedure. Means of evidence, collection, protection and evaluation of evidence and evidence rules are defined in criminal procedure and finally denial, appeal, reversing a judgment for the benefit of law, extraordinary objection, renewing and repeating a judgment are discusssed in terms of legal remedies (supervision procedure). |

These are conflict of laws and international procedural law.
