Objectives and Contents
Objectives of the Course Unit The goal of the course is to help students develop a conceptual understanding of OB theories and provide students with skills to put these ideas and theories into practice. The course also intends to equip students with key processes and techniques to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Contents of the Course Unit The course covers a wide range of theories and applications in OB, dealing with topics such as personality, perception, values and attitudes, motivation, team dynamics, pay, career and employment relations, power and politics, negotiation, conflict management, leadership, communication and organizational culture.

The implementation of ECTS has, since its introduction, has been found wide acceptance in the higher education systems across the European Countries and become a credit system and an indispensable tool supporting major aims of the Bologna Process and, thus, of European Higher Education Area as it makes teaching and learning in higher education more transparent across Europe and facilitates the recognition of all studies.
