Objectives and Contents
Objectives of the Course Unit Until the republic period of the Turkish legal system by providing information about the legal system and ensure a positive evaluation of the reform law made both.
Contents of the Course Unit In this course; Turkish law prior to Islam, Turkish law after the acceptance of Islam, particularly the sources of Islamic law, the sects, Islamic public law, Islamic private law, the law in and the judicial organization of the Ottoman Empire until the declaration of the Imperial Edict of Gulhane, and the development of Turkish law after the declaration of the Imperial Edict of Gulhane.
Contribution of the Course Intending to Provide the Professional Education It provides learning the basic concepts of history of Turkish law.
