Objectives and Contents
Objectives of the Course Unit The aim of this course is to help understand the basic functioning of human physiology, basic principles of physiology, control systems of the body, cell membrane, regulation of fluid and electrolyte balance in the body, membrane potentials, synaptic conduction, muscles, nervous and sensory system, respiratory, gastrointestinal, excretory, reproductive and hormone physiology.
Contents of the Course Unit Introduction to physiology, human cell, structure of cell and cell membrane, transport throughout the cell, homeostasis, Skeletal system physiology, bone function, movement and mineral homeostasis, Eyebrow system physiology, Skeletal muscle contraction, environmental system physiology, Digestive System Physiology, Urinary System Physiology , Acid-Base Balance, Endocrine System Physiology

The implementation of ECTS has, since its introduction, has been found wide acceptance in the higher education systems across the European Countries and become a credit system and an indispensable tool supporting major aims of the Bologna Process and, thus, of European Higher Education Area as it makes teaching and learning in higher education more transparent across Europe and facilitates the recognition of all studies.
