Objectives and Contents
Objectives of the Course Unit Geriatric nursing course provides to the students to understand the importance of the roles and responsibilities of geriatric nursing services in all areas of health care services to gain the knowledge and skills.
Contents of the Course Unit The principles and main concepts of geriatric, aging process, bio-psycho-social dimension of aging, geriatric assessment, health promoting activities for elderly people, common diseases in senium, elder people's health training, nurses care plan for elderly peoples
