Objectives and Contents
Objectives of the Course Unit This course aims to provide an understanding of the concept of sales and comprehensively and evaluate the importance of managing sales management effectively by combining theoretical and sectoral applications.
Contents of the Course Unit The course content: Sales Management Policies and Strategies, Sales Reports, Sales Analysis, Sales Forecasting, Plan and Budgeting, Sales Team Planning, Organizing and Controlling.
