Objectives and Contents
Objectives of the Course Unit	They can have information about the duties of the Civil Aviation Enterprises passenger services employees, the functional relations between the airport and other departments, the airport and the passenger entry-arrival procedures, passenger orientation techniques, giving information, problem solving, responsibilities and regulations in unusual situations, and can explain the basic concepts.
Contents of the Course Unit	This course covers the ground handling services provided to the passengers before starting the flight, passenger crew relations and aircraft service equipment.
Contribution of the Course Intending to Provide the Professional Education	students; Passenger services have information about their duties and responsibilities. They can evaluate the operation of Passenger Services and their functional relationships with other departments. They can classify the content and functions of documents used in passenger services. They can use the English terms used in passenger services and their equivalents.
