Objectives of the Course Unit | It is the whole of the services offered to the passengers during the flight. The catering tray served on the flight goes through many stages until it reaches the passenger. These stages take place within the "Catering Service System" formed between airlines, catering companies and material suppliers. The course also includes the Lounge Service, which serves passengers at airports. |
Contents of the Course Unit | In the course, the history of service and catering services, service personnel, qualifications and personality traits, professional equipment of service personnel are explained. |
