Objectives and Contents
Objectives of the Course Unit It is the whole of the services offered to the passengers during the flight. The catering tray served on the flight goes through many stages until it reaches the passenger. These stages take place within the "Catering Service System" formed between airlines, catering companies and material suppliers. The course also includes the Lounge Service, which serves passengers at airports.
Contents of the Course Unit In the course, the history of service and catering services, service personnel, qualifications and personality traits, professional equipment of service personnel are explained.
Contribution of the Course Intending to Provide the Professional Education Students; Will be able to have basic information about catering. Will be able to have basic information about the service. Will be able to have basic information about Catering and Service Services. Will be able to have basic information about the airport lounge service. Will be able to have basic information about catering and shuttle services on the plane.
