Objectives and Contents
Objectives of the Course Unit	The aim of this course is to introduce Civil Procedure Law and to examine a private law dispute, from take an action till validity of a verdict with basic principles of civil procedure law.
Contents of the Course Unit	The court structure in Turkey, status of judges, initiation of proceedings, summary and ordinary procedures, jurisdiction, petition of the case and reply, burden of proof, means of proof, effect of judgements and enforcement procedures.
Contribution of the Course Intending to Provide the Professional Education	Private law dispute is discussed in the light of the basic principles of civil procedure law, from the application of the court to the finalization of the judgment.
