Objectives of the Course Unit	This course examines the role of the human resources professional as a strategic partner in the management of today's organizations.
Contents of the Course Unit	Basic functions such as recruitment, selection, development, evaluation, retention, compensation and labor relations are examined. The results of legal and global environments are evaluated and current issues such as diversity education, sexual harassment policies and rising benefit costs are analyzed. The best practices of the selected employers are taken into consideration.
