Objectives and Contents
Objectives of the Course Unit	The aim of this course is to understand the rights of the consumers and to learn the relationship of the consumer with producers / service providers.
Contents of the Course Unit	Students who can successfully complete this course; Learns consumer rights. Can explain the obligations of the manufacturers who are service providers. Learns the elective rights of the consumer in the event that a good / service is defective. May explain the protection of consumers in consumer loans. Understands the Consumer Courts and arbitration committees.
Contribution of the Course Intending to Provide the Professional Education	Consumer rights and obligations in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection and related regulations.
