Objectives and Contents
Objectives of the Course Unit	The aim of this course is to introduce Civil Procedure Law and to examine a private law dispute, from take an action till validity of a verdict with basic principles of civil procedure law.
Contents of the Course Unit	The content of this course: Fundamentals of evidence law, Matter of proof, Types of evidence, Decision, Fundamentals of legal remedies, Legal expenses - Legal aid, Fundamentals of temporary legal protections, Right to an individual communication to Constitutional Court, appeal to European Court of Human Rights, Mediation, Arbitration
Contribution of the Course Intending to Provide the Professional Education	It provides learning the procedure of resolution of conflicts arising from private law.
