Objectives and Contents
Objectives of the Course Unit	The aim of this course is to introduce Civil Procedure Law and to examine a private law dispute, from take an action till validity of a verdict with basic principles of civil procedure law.
Contents of the Course Unit	The content of this course: Fundamentals-Sources and Scope of civil procedure law, Courts- Jurisdiction and authority of courts,Judgement Agents-Judicial Proceedings, Parties / Intervention, Fundamental principles of civil procedure, Types of actions, Provisions of action, Provision of lawsuit, First objections, Bringing an action and its consequences, Pleadings, Fundamentals of preliminary examination, Examining
Contribution of the Course Intending to Provide the Professional Education	To have the knowledge about the the civil procedure rules to resolve a dispute and dispute resolution methods for dispute resolution.
