Objectives of the Course Unit | The aim of the course is to comprehend the individual processes of the administration, regulatory processes and administrative contracts conceptually and theoretically. To introduce public services aimed at providing the public benefit of the administration and law enforcement activities aimed at providing public order. To teach the administration's flawed and flawless rules and principles of responsibility and to demonstrate its implementation with examples. |
Contents of the Course Unit | Administrative law is a branch of law that regulates the relations between individuals and their communities and the administration and its technical extension, the administration. In this course, especially the regulatory processes of the administration, administrative contracts, the activities of the administration (public service, law enforcement, public officials and the responsibility of the administration) are covered. |
Contribution of the Course Intending to Provide the Professional Education | The main responsibility of the administration, interpretation of the substantive law of disputes between people with basic administrative activities are provided. |
