| Objectives of the Course Unit | The objective of this course is to attain a philosophical view on law by identifying philosophy of law and the main study areas of philosophy of law. |
| Contents of the Course Unit | In this course unit the characteristics of science and philosophy and the relationship between them are explained. The value of justice, which comprises the cultural function of law, is analyzed and justice is dealt with as a moral value. The course discusses what morality is and the significance of justice among moral values. |
