Objectives and Contents
Objectives of the Course Unit	The aim of this course is to provide students with information about the birth, scope and performance of the debt relationship at the undergraduate level. It is aimed to establish a serious knowledge base in order to understand the other branches of private law which will be examined in the following years.
Contents of the Course Unit	In this course, the general provisions of the law of obligations will be introduced to the student, the sources of the law of obligations and the historical development process will be explained, especially the issues of performance and non-performance and the basic principles of the law of responsibility.
