Objectives of the Course Unit	Evaluating the patient from a holistic point of view, internalizing patient and disease concepts, healthy hospital environment, initiating and maintaining the nursing care process with a holistic approach, ensuring the continuity of communication and interaction in the hospital environment, applying basic nursing skills in patient care, organizing patient / family education
Contents of the Course Unit	This course provides the basic nursing care concepts to provide a foundation for nursing care and subsequent nursing courses; the focus of this course is on the introduction of theory and beginning clinical application of the nursing process when providing care for patients in clinical settings.
Contribution of the Course Intending to Provide the Professional Education	It contributes to the student's ability to determine patient needs, to plan nursing interventions for the patient's problems, and to interpret patient results.
