Objectives and Contents
Objectives of the Course Unit	To teach the basic concepts in psychology and the methods of psychology, to gain the necessary theoretical knowledge about the developmental processes according to life stages and different theories.
Contents of the Course Unit	Definition and classification of psychology, the purpose of psychology, its relationship with other sciences, types of learning and learning, factors affecting memory and understanding, definition of personality, physical cognitive, social and moral characteristics of behavior, defense mechanisms, formation and theories of personality, psychological tests, personality and behavioral disorders , psychotic and neurotic conditions, group concept, effect of group concept on individual treatment.
Contribution of the Course Intending to Provide the Professional Education	Nursing, by nature, will contribute to vocational education in understanding the position of a healthy and sick individual, group and society, as it is a profession that provides services to people without intermediaries.
