Objectives and Contents
Objectives of the Course Unit	To gain students the ability to integrate complementary and alternative medicine into nursing practices with scientific data about its scope and applicability.
Contents of the Course Unit	Definition, history, and methods of complementary and alternative medicine (Phytotherapy, Larvae Application, Mesotherapy, Prolotherapy, Music Therapy, Hypnosis, Bioresonance, Hydrotherapy, Cup Application, Reflexology, Massage therapy, Therapeutic Touch and Music Therapy), and contraindicated cases, the applications of complementary and alternative medicine in our country and the alll over the world, the role of the nurse in complementary and alternative therapies, and the attitudes of healthcare professionals about complementary and alternative medicine.
Contribution of the Course Intending to Provide the Professional Education	By integrating complementary and alternative medicine with modern medicine, they get holistic approach and can ability criticize both of them.It also broads their horizons and improve their nursing skills.
