Objectives of the Course Unit | In this course, it is aimed to train nurses who know the basic knowledge and principles of nutrition, nutritional health interaction and integrate this knowledge with nursing roles and functions. |
Contents of the Course Unit | This course provides an integrated overview of the physiological requirements and functions of protein, energy, and the major vitamins and minerals that are determinants of health and diseases and reviews the nutritional and dietary requirements of humans for different periods of their lifespan and for specific physiological states. |
