| Objectives of the Course Unit | An awareness of language as a dynamic system, understanding the components of language, linguistic analysis, basic concepts, understanding the relationship between linguistics and language teaching, and literary studies. |
| Contents of the Course Unit | The main disciplines that make up the field of language education. The basic concepts of language education; concepts related to listening, speaking, reading, writing, visual reading and visual presentation education; concepts related to text knowledge, vocabulary and grammar. Concepts that are indirectly related to language education (literature, communication, philosophy, sociology, psychology, cognitive sciences, educational sciences) transferred to language education concepts. |
