Objectives and Contents
Objectives of the Course Unit The Faculty of Law aims to teach its students the principles of fundamental rights and freedoms regime and the concepts and theories of constitutional law in a comparative perspective as much as possible.
Contents of the Course Unit In this course, Constitution, Constitutional Law concepts, Constitution types, constitutionalism movements, making and changing constitutions, political power and state concepts, state forms, government systems, democracy concept, types of democracy, principles and electoral systems, political parties, basic rights and specificities and types of constitutional control will be examined.
Contribution of the Course Intending to Provide the Professional Education At the end of this course, it is expected that the students will learn the theory of constitutional law, grasp the requirements of constitutional democracy and the principles of the regime of fundamental rights and freedoms.
